Job summary

SOC LLC seeks a Clean Room Assembler for a 1-year contract-to-hire in Tempe, AZ. Work in a controlled clean room, operate tools for microchip production, perform machine setup, run processes and do minor preventive maintenance.

You will enter product movement data, follow detailed procedures, read drawings, and adhere to PPE and cleanroom protocols. The role requires HS diploma and 4 years experience, strong attention to detail, good communication, and able to read/ write English.

Qualifications

Clean Room Assembler

Contract to hire opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Tempe, AZ.

Contract Length: 1 year contract to hire

Schedule: 9/80 Reg.

Shift: 2nd shift is 2:30PM-1:00AM M-Th; On Friday 2:30PM - 12:00AM

Occasional Overtime may be required.

Our customer has an opening for a Clean Room Assembler to support manufacturing. Work in a clean room environment, responsible for operating various tools in the production of microchip production. Will include machine set up, running and minor preventive maintenance duties. Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols. This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of products to assure quality.
• Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
• Must be able to clearly read and write in English.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Basic Qualifications

Employment Prerequisites

The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation and drug urinalysis.

Estimated Min Rate: $20.00

Estimated Max Rate: $21.45
