Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a qualified Supervisor to oversee production personnel and manage work schedules for on-time service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production or manufacturing and prior supervisory experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise production personnel in the delivery of services, including parts cleaning, etching, and other specialized processes.
  • Develop and manage work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including training and quality control documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with engineering, quality, and other teams as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to UCT's safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and improve processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and operations.

Overnight Travel
  • Work may require out of town travel depending on assignment (training and meeting).
