Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in clean energy.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and new tools.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability: three rotations with new teams and learning curves.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• No prior energy experience required; aptitude and attitude matter.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with deliverables from day one.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications and site visits.
• Present work to senior leadership at rotation ends.
• Learn from mentors across developers, engineers and financiers.
• Build cross-functional fluency to advance careers quickly.
