Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 yrs. experience in contamination control, clean manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.
• Understanding of process development and technology implementation across innovation stages.
• Experience leading structured problem-solving and root-cause investigations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions for contamination control, clean processing, and clean manufacturing initiatives.
• Design and implement cleanroom systems and contamination control strategies to meet quality and yield goals.
• Lead experiments, data analysis, and studies to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with research, development, facilities, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop specifications and requirements for cleanroom facilities, equipment and utilities.
• Evaluate monitoring and metrology methods to ensure compliance.
• Support technology scale-up and transfer from lab to manufacturing.
• Review progress, risks, and performance with stakeholders.
• Document findings and best practices for learning and IP support.
