Exentec is seeking an Engineer Cleanroom to design and develop cleanroom environments within semiconductor fabrication facilities. You will create CAD drawings, perform airflow and HVAC reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors.

The role focuses on room classifications, BOMs, and integration of FFUs and supporting infrastructure. Collaboration across disciplines is essential for project milestones.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 3-5 years cleanroom design experience in semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency with CAD (AutoCAD, Revit) and airflow simulation.
• Knowledge of BOM development and technical specifications.
• Understanding of HVAC, filtration, and pressurization concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop cleanroom layouts, structures, and systems to meet project specs and regulatory requirements.
• Create and review cleanroom CAD drawings, equipment layouts, and BOMs.
• Develop cleanroom design specifications, including room classifications and performance criteria.
• Perform cleanroom airflow and HVAC design reviews for proper pressurization and particle control.
• Coordinate integration of FFUs, HVAC equipment, and supporting infrastructure.
• Apply knowledge of electrical systems, power loads, and equipment requirements for cleanroom systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
