Job summary

PCC Airfoils, LLC in Douglas, GA is seeking a production team member responsible for molding processes including tagging molds, de-hook, grind, dewax, flash fire, and programming fire molds in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires lifting 20-30 pounds repeatedly, running sensitive equipment, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. OJT training provided, with regular overtime including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education.
• Three months OJT training.
• Normal initiative and ingenuity.
• Lift/move from 20-30 pounds up to 4 times per hour.
• Responsible for self. Make sure parts meet quality standards. Make sure you follow all safety rules. Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekend overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide the floor area with product on time.
• You will be required to run sensitive equipment.
• You will be required to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
• Provide quality product by following all O.I. instructions as well as PES requirements.
• Assist and support the 6S program.
• You will be required to be a Team Player to meet production goals.
