Job summary

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking a CLE and Talent Development Coordinator to join its Talent Development team. The position is available in New York, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Northern Virginia offices.

The hybrid schedule depends on geographic location. The role focuses on administering the CLE LMS, coordinating program logistics, updating internal resources, and supporting attorney development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years’ CLE and Talent Development experience in law firm or legal environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel; experience with viDesktop, Micron CE Manager and SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the firm’s in-house CLE LMS including the on-demand CLE library.
• Coordinate with Talent Development to handle logistics for in-house and client programs.
• Collaborate with departments to publicize, produce, attend and monitor training programs.
• Assist with updates to the Talent Development Pulse page and internal information.
• Coordinate conferences and CLE Marathons for clients.
• Assist with attorney review program and administer the viAttorney platform.
• Liaise with lawyers and staff about CLE and Talent Development matters.
