Job summary

Cleary Gottlieb is seeking a Learning & Development CLE Assistant to support the administration of the Firm’s CLE programs. You will track attendance, issue Certificates of Attendance, and advise attorneys on New York and California CLE credit requirements.

The role also involves assisting with general training and L&D projects. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and experience with CLE compliance and Zoom/CE Manager tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with CLE compliance in NY preferred.
• Experience with CE Manager and hosting Zoom events preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, client service, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong events coordination and organization abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team, meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track CLE/MCLE attendance and generate certificates for attorneys.
• Administer training programs, invites, sign-in sheets and surveys.
• Provide guidance on NYS and CA CLE credit requirements.
• Coordinate conference rooms, catering, and AV for trainings.
• Plan off-site CLE seminars and coordinate accreditation.
• Maintain CLE documentation to comply with board requirements.
• Support in renewing Accredited CLE Provider status and share training opportunities.
