Job summary

Pdclegal is seeking a Legal Personnel and Development Coordinator to manage talent programs and enhance personnel processes. You will collaborate with teams to coordinate evaluations and support attorney transitions, ensuring efficient communication.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a law firm or other professional services firm.
• Experience working in a professional environment with senior colleagues.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate semi-annual evaluation processes for associates and staff.
• Assist with attorney compensation process and administer personnel policies.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and confidentiality.
