Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Partner Success Lead to own outcomes across a book of engagements with North American partners. You will ensure delivery, growth in Claude usage, and customer satisfaction through proactive risk management and collaboration with partner teams.

You will lead weekly delivery reviews, unblock blockers, and build repeatable plays and customer stories. This role blends program leadership, cross‑functional influence, and executive communication to scale

Qualifications

Experience owning a high-volume book of engagements (10–30) to completed outcomes.
Ability to build structure and operating playbooks from in-flight work.
Track record of metrics: on-time delivery, adoption, retention.
Judgment on delivery quality and risk management.
Effective cross-functional collaboration with partners, customers, sales, and success teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome.
Run weekly delivery reviews and address at-risk engagements with diagnosis and clear owners.
Unblock issues: capacity, scope creep, readiness, product questions, and conflicts.
Monitor delivery quality, consumption, and trends across your partner book.
Build relationships with partner leadership and collaborate with internal teams.
Develop reusable playbooks and publish customer stories from engagements.
Lead quarterly reviews with alliance and delivery leads and present to executive audiences.
Steward funding requests and align with outcomes.
