Job summary

NewRocket seeks a Technology Trainer to design and deliver Claude enablement curricula (101/201) and build labs, quick references, and assessments for internal teams and clients.

You will lead live sessions (virtual and on-site), tailor content to diverse audiences, and keep materials current with Claude updates. Strong instructional design and communication are essential; Anthropic Trainer credential or commitment to obtain within 90 days is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong technical foundation — comfort with APIs and integrations, and hands-on Claude or comparable LLM platforms.
• Experience designing and delivering tiered curricula (101 and 201) to mixed audiences.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, virtual and in-person.
• Strong instructional design, structuring content for retention; Anthropic Certified Trainer credential or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live training sessions, virtual and in-person, to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Tailor content to diverse audiences from non-technical users to developers and solution architects.
• Demonstrate Claude capabilities live, including API usage and prompting techniques.
• Provide office hours and follow-up support to reinforce learning after sessions.
• Own and evolve internal certification programs for Claude training tracks.
• Track completion, measure learning outcomes, and report program health to leadership.
