Operating as part of the FAS‑SEAS IT, AV Events Support Team, and with great latitude for independent judgment, the Classroom Technology and Media Coordinator 2 consults with faculty, students, and professional staff regarding the use of technology in support of academic instruction, research and University events. This role exhibits advanced technical leadership, advanced programmatic/system understanding, and responsibility for mentoring other team members. This position serves as a primary point of contact and go‑to escalation resource for complex issues, helping ensure consistent coverage and service continuity.
Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm. Occasional weekends may also be required.
Eight years of related experience, six of them in the same job family at the next lower level and a high school level education, or six years of related experience and an associate’s degree; or two years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
