Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Maintain calendars, scheduling platforms, and operational records.
• Coordinate logistics for simulations, trainings, workshops, tours, and events.
• Support onboarding, center initiatives, and grant-funded project activities.
• Provide operational support to faculty, staff, students, and partners.
• Monitor inquiries and coordinate between simulation personnel and stakeholders.
• Maintain records for utilization, scheduling, inventory, and program operations.
• Submit and track facilities requests, service tickets, and work orders.
