Job summary

Under Building Leader guidance, you will prepare materials, assist with assessments, and participate in trainings while ensuring safety and supportive student interactions. 174-day, 8-hour work days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience or coursework related to education preferred.
• Prior school district experience is advantageous.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability required when assigned to bilingual program.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher with instruction and lesson delivery.
• Provide individual or small-group support to reinforce learning.
• Monitor student engagement and report progress to the teacher.
• Support classroom routines to maintain a productive environment.
• Assist with assessments and testing logistics as directed.
