Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years' AV/video conferencing experience.
• Proven ability to manage time and work independently.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple live meetings concurrently.

Responsibilities

• On-site support for classroom and conference room technology; train and assist faculty, staff and students.
• Provide backup for Video Control Room staff and student workers.
• Develop training materials and videos for classrooms.
• Support major college events with AV coverage.
