Job summary

Responsibilities include end-user support, training, and ongoing professional development in lecture capture, conferencing, audio DSP, and control systems. Open to after-hours events and non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years AV and video conferencing experience.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication with a wide range of audiences.
• Ability to multitask during concurrent live meetings.

Responsibilities

• On-site support for classrooms and conference rooms; train and assist users on AV systems.
• Provide backup for Video Control Room staff and student workers.
• Develop training materials and update internal documentation for classrooms.
• Support major college events with AV coverage and coordination.
