Citrus Publishing, Inc. in Inverness, FL is seeking a Classified Sales & Circulation Customer Service Representative to join our local office team. This role focuses on helping local businesses and individuals with classified advertising while delivering friendly service.

You will place ads, answer questions by phone, email or in person, and manage orders accurately. You will develop new business with local merchants and support subscribers with circulation needs.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional and dependable personality.

This is an office-based position focused on helping local businesses and individuals with their classified advertising needs while providing friendly, dependable customer service. The position will also help develop new business from local small businesses and work with subscribers on circulation needs.
