Job summary

Citrus Publishing, Inc. in Inverness, FL is seeking a Classified Sales & Circulation Customer Service Representative to join our office-based team.

You will assist local businesses with classified advertising and help subscribers with circulation needs, delivering friendly, dependable service. Youll place ads, answer questions by phone, email, and in person, manage orders, and build relationships with local businesses to encourage repeat and new business.

This is anoffice-based positionfocused on helping local businesses and individuals with their classified advertising needs while providing friendly, dependable customer service. The position will also help develop new business from local small businesses and work with subscribers on circulation needs.
