Boeing Classified Cybersecurity in Berkeley, MO seeks a Cybersecurity – Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to lead RMF A&A for classified information systems and support Enterprise activities. Opportunity includes limited telecommuting and close collaboration with Boeing customers across multiple domains.

Ideal candidates have Tier 5 background, RMF expertise, and DoD 8140/ IAM III certifications. Active TS clearance and ability to liaise with government partners are required.

Qualifications

• Tier 5 Investigation completed within last 5 years or continuous vetting in last 5 years.
• IAM Level 1 DoD 8140.03 compliant certification (Security+ CE, CAP, CISSP, CASP, CISM, GSLC).
• 3+ years in cybersecurity/IT.
• 3+ years RMF, policies, and RMF implementation knowledge.
• 3+ years using RMF-related tools including NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, HBSS.

Responsibilities

• Perform security analysis of environments, threats, vulnerabilities and interfaces to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead RMF A&A processes for new and existing information systems.
• Develop MOUs, ISAs, RALs and support CONMON.
• Oversee configuration management and audit security posture.
• Lead staff in assessments and document compliance state.
• Conduct risk assessments, mitigations and incident response oversight.
• Periodic hardware/software inventory assessments.
• Interface with government customers and suppliers to ensure cybersecurity requirements.
