Job summary

NCCI is seeking a Classification Inspector to join the inspections team and ensure accurate workers’ compensation classification for policies. The role combines field and virtual inspections with data analysis, research, and collaboration with internal teams.

The position is hybrid and home-based within the United States, with travel requirements of up to 80% for Florida-based candidates and up to 25% for others, including overnight stays as needed. A Motor Vehicle Record check is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Time management and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and virtual inspections to determine classification accuracy.
