  • Ability to supervise and coordinate work of others; analyze complex situations and plan actions.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of staff involved in job analysis, job evaluation, and compensation activities.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and review of job descriptions and classification structures.
  • Manage job evaluation processes and ensure internal equity and consistency across departments.
  • Lead market salary studies and interpret benchmarking data to support compensation recommendations.
  • Administer compensation programs, including salary adjustments, reclassifications, pay plan updates, and annual review cycles.
