Job summary

Classic Wood Specialties NW, LLC is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to ensure orders are accurately processed, packaged, documented, and shipped on time in our manufacturing and warehouse environment.

You will pull and stage inventory, prepare packing lists and bills of lading, maintain shipping records, and communicate with customers and carriers to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, inventory, order processing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read shipping documents and verify order information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate shipment schedules.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to help ensure customer orders are accurately processed, packaged, documented, and shipped on time. What You'll Do

As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our shipping and warehouse operations by:

Physical Requirements

Work Environment

This position works in a manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping environment with regular exposure to moving materials, dust, and varying noise levels. Safety is a core value, and required PPE must be worn in designated areas.
