Job summary

Classic Wood Specialties NW, LLC is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to ensure orders are accurately processed, packaged, documented, and shipped on time in our manufacturing and warehouse environment.

You will pull and stage inventory, prepare packing lists and bills of lading, maintain shipping records, and communicate with customers and carriers to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, inventory, order processing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read shipping documents and verify order information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate shipment schedules.
• Pull and stage inventory for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality and order accuracy.
• Prepare packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, and other shipping documentation.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and documented.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, production teams, and coworkers.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, organization, and shipping accuracy.
