Job summary

ArtsQuest is seeking a full-time Registrar to manage class registrations, build ticketed programs in the AudienceView system, and coordinate with Teaching Artists and students. The role includes handling class communications, scholarships, reporting sales data, and on-site camp support.

The position requires 2+ years in customer service, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, arts administration, or relevant field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Experience with AudienceView or other ticketing software a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build ticketed classes, events, and programs in AudienceView ticketing system.
• Communicate class information and registration details to Teaching Artists and staff.
• Communicate with students via email and phone as needed for classes—this may include cancellations, refunds or rescheduling.
• Assist with scholarship process including awarding funds and processing refunds of unspent awards.
• Generate routine reports on sales data for ArtsQuest and other teams.
• Monitor Visual Arts email account and provide customer service as needed.
• Assist with routine program evaluations.
• Create sign-in sheets, rosters for camps and assist with check-in/out on-site.
• Reserve classrooms for all ticketed classes in Infor and maintain contractor records.
• Attend meetings and take minutes; create contracts as needed.
