Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Class Experience Lead to enhance the member experience across class formats—studio, cycle, yoga and small group—by partnering with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right class and mentor instructors. The role also oversees space presentation and upkeep to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring clean, organized spaces, staying engaged with members, and updating class content in the club's Facebook group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver excellent experiences.
• Oversee spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment.
• Maintain member connections by coordinating with the concierge and front desk staff.
• Update class content on the club Facebook group.
