Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Class Experience Lead to support the member experience across all Life Time classes, including studio, cycle, yoga, and small group sessions. You will collaborate with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class and mentor instructors to ensure top-quality experiences.

You will oversee spaces to maintain the right ambiance, including scent and cleanliness, creating a foundation for exceptional member experiences in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Responsibilities

• Mentors, develops, and coaches team members to achieve the best experiences.
• Manage best spaces; clean, organized and smell right.
• Member connection; weekly connect with concierge manager, work front desk, walk the café and workout floor.
• Update Class content on club Facebook group.
