Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Class Experience Lead to enhance the member experience across class formats—studio, cycle, yoga and small group—by partnering with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right class and mentor instructors. The role also oversees space presentation and upkeep to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring clean, organized spaces, staying engaged with members, and updating class content in the club's Facebook group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to support members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to achieve the best experiences.
• Manage best spaces; keep them clean, organized, and pleasant.
• Maintain member connections; weekly connect with the concierge manager, work front desk, walk the café and workout floor.
• Update class content on the club Facebook group.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.

Pay

Hourly position with wages starting at $19.75 and up to $26.50, based on experience and qualifications.
