Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Class Experience Lead to elevate the member experience across Life Time classes including studio, cycle, yoga and small group offerings. The role partners with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class and mentors instructors to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will oversee class spaces for ambiance and cleanliness, handle front desk interactions, update class content on the club Facebook group, and lead a team with at least one year of leadership

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of leadership or management experience
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $19.75 and pays up to $26.50, based on experience and qualifications.
