Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Class Experience Lead to support the member experience across all Life Time classes—studio, cycle, yoga and small group. You will partner with the Concierge Manager to help members find the right class and mentor instructors to excel.

You’ll oversee spaces to ensure the right atmosphere, smell, and look, establishing the foundation for an exceptional experience. The role requires leadership experience and fitness certifications to guide the team and maintain a welcoming,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver the best member experiences.
• Oversee club spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization and ambiance.
• Facilitate member connections via front desk, Café, and workout floor.
• Update class content on club Facebook group.

The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

• Member connection; weekly connect with concierge manager, work front desk, walking the café and workout floor.
• Update Class content on club Facebook group.

Position Requirements
