Class C - Truck Driver - North Aurora, IL.

CXI Trucking headquarters in Melrose Park, IL. is looking for a full-time Class C Driver for a dedicated account driver for the facility in North Aurora, IL.

You would start day every day in North Aurora and end your day in North Aurora.

Dedicated Truck.

Employment Type: Full time

Delivery and pick up driver in 26 foot straight truck.

Employment: Full Time

$24.50/hour to start. Paid overtime after 40 hours. Guarantee 40 weekly paycheck when you work Monday through Friday.

Home every night and home every weekend.

Paid Vacation.

Must be at least 23 years old, Clean Driving record.

Minimum Requirements

• Driver must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have 2 years of experience driving a NON-CDL Truck
• No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year
• Clean MVR is a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to operate a lift gate and pallet jack

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times
• Comply with pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Label, sign and handle shipments according to CXI Trucking procedures
• Verify loads, equipment are secured prior to transportation
• Operational knowledge of a pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation
• Ability to lift 75lbs safely
• Ability to effectively read maps or utilize a GPS unit
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
