Job summary

TransPak in Hayward, CA seeks a Driver to safely transport packaging products to customer sites, both urban and rural, using Bobtail or flat-bed trucks. The role involves loading/unloading using forklifts and pallet jacks, obtaining delivery signatures, and ensuring timely dispatch.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of verifiable driving experience, a valid CA Driver’s License, and a clean MVR. Pre-employment drug screening is required, with standard safety and PPE adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum 23 years old.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to safely drive trucks with valid residency state Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record with limited violations (no DUI or serious violations).
• Able to handle lifting and pushing tasks (up to 75 lbs with pallet jack; 50 lbs overhead).
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Must meet visual acuity and field of vision standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting products to customer sites in Bobtail or flat-bed trucks.
• Drive in congested traffic in urban and rural areas.
• Obtain signatures on delivery orders and relay to dispatch.
