American StaffCorp is seeking an experienced welder for a production shop in Tulsa, OK. The role involves welding waste heat recovery equipment to ASME Code, reading drawings, and ensuring part quality. Must be able to pass X-ray and other NDT methods and work across multiple welding processes.

Candidate should have 5+ years in manufacturing welding, and be capable of working Monday–Thursday with overtime as needed. Pay ranges from $33 to $34 per hour, DOE.

Formación

• Experience with FCAW and SMAW welding.
• Experience with GTAW and/or SAW welding.
• Welds in all positions.
• Must pass X-ray or other NDT methods.
• Work with ferrous and non-ferrous materials and alloys.
• ASME Code, company and client requirements compliance.
• Read and interpret drawings and welding procedures.
• At least 5+ years of manufacturing welding experience.

Responsabilidades

• Weld per ASME Code to client specifications.
• Interpret drawings and welding procedures to complete tasks.
• Perform other shop labor tasks as needed.
• Weld in multiple positions and use gouge/cutting tools as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Days: Monday - Thursday Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Friday and Saturday overtime as needed 6:00am - 2:15pm Pay: $33 - $34 DOE

Products: Waste heat recovery equipment designed and built to ASME Code: waste heat and process gas boilers (firetube boilers, watertube boilers), steam drums, economizers, superheaters, Pressure Vessels

WELD TEST(s)

• Welding: 6\" Sch 80 6G GTAW Stringer / Hot Pass, SMAW Fill and Cap.
• 3G FCAW 1/2\" Plate test

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Flux Core (FCAW), Stick (SMAW).
• Experience with Tig (GTAW) and / or Submerged arc Welding (SAW).
• Weld in all positions (Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead).
• Must be able to Pass X-rays and other Non-Destructive testing methods.
• Variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, Carbon, Stainless, Chrome and Nickel alloys.
• All work must meet ASME Code, Company and Client requirements,
• Perform other shop labor tasks as needed.
• Weld in many positions (overhead, flat, horizontal, vertical)
• Proficient using Carbon arc gouge and cutting torch.
• Read and understand drawings and welding procedures
• Perform other shop labor tasks as needed.
• 5 Plus years of experience in a manufacturing setting required.
