Job summary

STA Family of Companies is hiring a Class B Maintenance Repair Technician to support a mining operation's bus fleet. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair engine, electrical, and transmission systems across vehicle types.

Document work in CMMS and assist with road calls as needed. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and have 3–4 years of heavy‑equipment maintenance or 4 years automotive experience, with ASE certifications encouraged and preferred.

• ASE certifications encouraged and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on buses as needed.
• Inspect vehicles and repair engine, electrical, transmission, and other systems.
• Document all work in CMMS software.
• Diagnose and repair minor to moderate problems, including road calls as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a DOT‑regulated environment.
