Job summary

Holcomb Bus is seeking technicians to inspect and repair a school bus fleet, including electrical, brake and engine work. You will document service records and assist DOT inspections, while installing GPS and camera systems and diagnosing CAV/air conditioning systems.

Experience in bus/auto maintenance is preferred; strong English communication and basic computer skills are required, plus a valid driver’s license and clear pre-employment drug test results.

Qualifications

• 1 year of mechanical/technical automotive experience in repair and maintenance of buses, trucks or other automotive equipment.
• Ability to communicate and read in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, electrical, brake and engine repairs on school bus fleet.

Job description

Immediate need for Class B and C Technicians to perform inspections, electrical, brake and engine repairs on school bus fleet. The technician will assist in inspections with DOT inspectors, maintain records of all maintenance and repair work, install and service GPS and camera systems. In addition, they will perform diagnosis's of air conditioning systems.
