Ideal candidates will have strong persuasive legal writing, 4+ years of litigation experience, and familiarity with class action defense, multi-matter dockets, and large-scale discovery, with opportunities to participate in trials and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with class action defense, including securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation.
• Experience managing multi-matter dockets.
• Previous federal clerkship is preferred.
• Strong persuasive legal writing skills.
• Experience in large-scale discovery of matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
