Qualifications

• JD required and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred.
• Experience with class action defense, including securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation.
• Experience managing multi-matter dockets.
• Previous federal clerkship is preferred.
• Strong persuasive legal writing skills and discovery management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
