Job summary

Legacy Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Class A Yard Driver to support our Ontario, CA distribution center. You will move trailers in and out of dock doors, perform vehicle inspections, and input data into the Yard Management System. The role requires safety awareness and clear communication with supervisors.

Stated pay starts at $26.50/hour with a monthly bonus up to $1.05/hour. Benefits include 401(k) with match and a robust health plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed forklift operator (Propane Counterbalance, Propane Exchange and Electric)
• Ability to operate a Yard Truck in tight spaces
• Experience in warehouse/distribution environments
• Knowledge of pre-operational inspections and safety practices
• Able to meet time constraints while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Flexible with work schedule

Responsibilities

• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed
• Inspect vehicles pre/post operation
• Input data into Yard Management System
• Maintain yard cleanliness and service levels
• Cross-train as needed
• Communicate with team leaders and supervisors
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Ensure safety requirements are met
