Job summary

GAATCO is seeking Team CDL-A drivers to haul freight across the 48 continental states with a weekly out-and-back pattern. Drivers go out for one week and return home for a 34-hour reset, with customer-planned lanes and preassigned routes.

Earn an average of $2,200 per week per driver on 5,000 miles, with top earners over $115,000 annually. A $10,000 split sign-on bonus is offered, with $5,000 per driver. No NYC-area runs and 100-mile local living requirement apply.

$10,000 SPLIT SIGN-ON BONUS

$5,000 PER DRIVER

PAY

• Average $2,200/week per driver when running 5,000 miles
• Top earners: $115,000+ annually
• Split CPM based on verified experience:
  • 3 months — $0.82 split / $0.41 each
  • 6 months — $0.84 split / $0.42 each
  • 9 months — $0.86 split / $0.43 each
  • 12 months — $0.88 split / $0.44 each
  • 24+ months — $0.90 split / $0.45 each

$10,000 SPLIT SIGN-ON BONUS

• $1,000 after first load
• $1,000 at 30 days
• $1,000/month for the next 3 months
