Position Title: Class A CDL Team Drivers

Overview

We’re hiring Class A CDL Team Drivers for long‑haul routes with top‑tier pay, premium equipment, and predictable home time. This is a high‑earning opportunity with a limited‑time transition bonus, certified top pay, and a full suite of benefits. Annual earnings of $200,000–$240,000 per team

Mileage pay of $0.95–$1.00 per mile

Transition bonus of $5,450 or $5,850 paid on your first check (limited‑time offer, expires 9/26/2025)

Safety bonuses up to $10,000/year – 95% of drivers qualify

Anniversary bonuses and PTO every 90 days

Home for 5 full days every 18 days

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience
• If one team member has 24+ months, the other may qualify with 6 months (call for details)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years
• No DUI, DWI, or OWI in the past 7 years
