Job summary

Motivated Logistics is seeking a Class A Regional Driver to cover the Houston – DFW & Louisiana regional lane. Responsibilities include transporting dry van and occasional flatbed, performing safety inspections, planning efficient routes, and maintaining logs as required by DOT.

The role offers weekly pay, a $1,200–$1,800 per week compensation range, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a $500 quarterly bonus, and a $100 safety inspection bonus, along with home nights multiple times per week and paid time

Qualifications

• Current CDL Class A is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and team.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using tractor-trailer (dry van primarily, occasional flatbed).
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain log using ELD or equivalent.
• Comply with DOT laws and report incidents promptly.

We are seeking a Class A Regional Driver to join our team immediately to cover our Houston – DFW & Louisiana regional lane.

Responsibilities:

• Transport goods by way of commercial tractor trailer hauling mostly dry van and occasionally flatbed trailers, and intermodal containers safely and efficiently from customer to customer from Houston - DFW roundtrip. Occasionally, throughout Texas, LA, including to/from the Ports of Houston.
• Perform and document daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections on vehicle for mechanical items and safety issues.
• Plan routes using GPS and meet delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Utilize ELD or logbook to document hours of duty.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch.
• Follow all local and DOT traffic laws and ordinances.
• Report accidents and/or violations to management immediately as they occur.

Compensation:

• $1,200 - $1,800 weekly
• $1k Sign On Bonus
• $500 Quarterly Bonus
• $100 Safety Inspection Bonus

Qualifications:

• Current CDL Class A
• Current TWIC Card
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Minimum of 3years of tractor-trailer verifiable experience
• No moving violations within past 2 years
• No accidents within past 3 years
• Must be able to pass Background and DOT drug screen
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills
