• Haul dry van freight in South Texas.
• Operate primarily between Houston, San Antonio and South Texas Triangle.
• Handle drop & hook, live loads, live unloads and preloaded trailers.
• Complete inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
• Deliver freight on schedule with professional customer service.

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a regional dry van fleet operating primarily throughout South Texas. This position offers weekly home time, guaranteed daily pay, no-touch freight, and consistent miles while keeping drivers closer to home than traditional OTR routes.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,300
• Guaranteed Minimum Pay: $220 per day
• Performance Bonus paid based on miles
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,700–2,000
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Guaranteed pay program available for qualified drivers

Home Time & Schedule

• Home approximately once every week
• 6 days on / 2 days off
• Day and night shifts available
• Weekend work required
• Some holiday work may be required

What You'll Do

• Haul dry van freight throughout the South Texas region
• Operate primarily between:
  • Houston
  • San Antonio
  • South Texas Triangle
• Transport a mix of:
  • Drop & hook freight
  • Live loads
  • Live unloads
  • Preloaded trailers
• Safely complete inspections and maintain DOT compliance
• Deliver freight on schedule while providing professional customer service

Equipment & Freight

• Dry van trailers
• 100% No-Touch Freight
• Regional fleet (not a dedicated account)
• Consistent freight volume throughout the year

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of first-seat CDL-A experience
• Must live within 250 miles of an approved hiring city
• Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
• Must be available for both day and night operations
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
