Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join our safety-conscious team in Spokane, WA. The role covers a route from the Pacific Northwest to Kimball, NE, averaging 2,700–2,900 miles per week.

Drivers earn an annual salary in the range of $90,000–$115,000 with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Bi-weekly home time, and compensation includes hourly on-duty time plus mileage pay. Comprehensive benefits follow 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL is required with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software.
• OTR long-haul trucking experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures Health and Safety is the top priority by following all safe work practices and policies.
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adheres to weight limits and proper utilization of units.
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of wastes and secures loads.
• Places placards on vehicles per DOT requirements.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatches and vehicle inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
