Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers to operate tractor-trailers across the Estes network. You will be away from home for an average of five days, handling various equipment while complying with FMCSA regulations and delivering freight safely.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations and ability to maintain compliance.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required (LCV may apply).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer to transport freight in accordance with laws and FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain required records and comply with local, state and federal rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues to supervision.
• Drive across different terrains and schedules per business needs.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and the public.
