Driver

Drivers safely transport the most efficient routes to job sites, observe traffic laws, and follow company policies. They assist in loading and securing materials on trucks, unload materials using cranes, conveyors, piggybacks, and hand, and represent the company on the job site as leader, instructor, and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate the most efficient routes to job sites while obeying all traffic laws and company procedures.
• Assist in loading and securing materials on trucks and unloading them using a crane, conveyor, piggybacks, or by hand.
• Act as the face of the company on the job site, leading, instructing, and supervising others.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Requirements

• Valid state CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with a clear MVR and DOT record.
• 21 years old or older.
• Current and valid Medical Certification Card.
• At least one year of continuous CDL driving experience.
• High attention to detail and dexterity in vehicle control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb; lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to climb a 40‑foot ladder.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass a company‑required drug screening; all employees are subject to random drug testing.

Preferred

• Previous material handling experience.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Certification to operate a crane.
