Cousins Properties is seeking a Property Manager for our Tempe, AZ site. You will oversee administration, operations, and fiscal management of the property, acting as the face of the Cousins brand with professional, client-focused service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overseeing property management of Class A multi-tenant office buildings.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; high school diploma is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer move-ins and move-outs and space modifications.
• Provide Class A quality and timely customer service while managing projects to improve customer relations and property image.
• Manage office administration including performance management.
• Coordinate with parking operations to ensure customer satisfaction; assist senior management as needed.
• Ensure property compliance with government regulations; file reports and communicate updates.
