Blue Fox TR in Mansfield, OH seeks Class A drivers for regional intermodal no-touch freight. This full-time role offers five days on, two days off with home weekly. First-year pay ranges from $86,000 to $89,000 plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a steady no-touch freight pay structure.

Expected mileage is 1,800+ weekly, with fleet averages around 2,200 and top drivers over 2,800, earning $100K+. Full benefits start after 30 days, including holiday pay, medical, PTO and a 401K with matching.

Qualifications

• 3 months verifiable Class A experience in last 6 months OR 6 months in last 12 months OR 12 months in last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations or incidents in last 3 years; PSP counts.
• No major preventable accidents in last 3 years over $25,000.
• No DUI in lifetime; none in last 5 years; up to 2 DUIs lifetime.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional intermodal routes with no-touch freight.

Class A drivers with minimum of 3 months experience needed for Regional Intermodal, that is five days on and two full days off. This is all no touch freight with first year drivers earning between $86K to $89K with a $10K sign on bonus. This is the perfect mix of home time and pay while not having to touch freight.

Drivers earn $1653 to $1710+/WK. Drivers are expected to run a minimum of 1800 miles per week. The fleet average is 2200 miles per week, and the top drivers earn well over $100K/Yr running 2800 miles per week and getting two full days off. This is all no touch intermodal freight with 70% mileage and 30% exception pay. Drivers are paid $35/Each Drop and Hook and $65 for each Live Unload. Starting CPM is $.64CPM to $.69CPM.

Drivers will pick their two consecutive days off if they are not Saturday and Sunday back-to-back. Drivers can choose start time, but it must remain consistent and work with what the needs are of the position.

Requirements:

• - Experience:
• 3-month verifiable Class A Experience in the last 6 months OR
• 6 months verifiable Class A Experience in the last 12 months OR
• 12 months verifiable in the last 5 years
• - No more than 2 moving violations or incidents in the last three years and PSP warnings count towards a violation
• - No more than 3 minor incidents or accidents in the last three years at fault
• - No more than one highway accident in the last 12 months
• - No major preventable accidents in the last three years in which the total accident cost was greater than $25,000
• - Can not have failed a DOT Drug test in the last five years and must have one full year of safe driving under the SAP program
• - If terminated from job for accidents must have 12 months of safe driving experience
• - If terminated from job for safety that was not an accident must be 6 months of safe driving
• - All felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed by safety but may not have any felonious drug charges in the last 7 years
• - No more than two DUIs in a lifetime and none in the last five years
• - No more than 5 jobs in last 3 years
