Job summary

Blue Fox TR is seeking Class A drivers for Intermodal runs with consistent home time. This full-time role offers five days on and two days off, with no touch freight and a generous pay package including a $10K sign-on bonus.

Weekly earnings average between $1,653 and $1,710+ with higher pay achieved by mileage and performance. Drivers choose two consecutive days off, start times are flexible, and full benefits begin after 30 days, including holiday pay, medical, PTO, and a 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Class A license and recent verifiable Intermodal experience required.
• Must meet the specific experience options listed (3, 6, or 12 months within defined windows).
• No touch freight experience and ability to maintain home-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate Regional Intermodal routes with five days on, two days off.

Class A Drivers Run Intermodal Home Weekly No Touch (Full Time)
Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account

Class A drivers with minimum of 3 months experience needed for Regional Intermodal, that is five days on and two full days off. This is all no touch freight with first year drivers earning between $86K to $89K with a $10K sign on bonus. This is the perfect mix of home time and pay while not having to touch freight.

Drivers earn $1653 to $1710+/WK. Drivers are expected to run a minimum of 1800 miles per week. The fleet average is 2200 miles per week, and the top drivers earn well over $100K/Yr running 2800 miles per week and getting two full days off. This is all no touch intermodal freight with 70% mileage and 30% exception pay. Drivers are paid $35/Each Drop and Hook and $65 for each Live Unload. Starting CPM is $.64CPM to $.69CPM.

Drivers will pick their two consecutive days off if they are not Saturday and Sunday back-to-back. Drivers can choose start time, but it must remain consistent and work with what the needs are of the position.

Requirements:

• - Experience:
• 3-month verifiable Class A Experience in the last 6 months OR
• 6 months verifiable Class A Experience in the last 12 months OR
• 12 months verifiable in the last 5 years
• - No more than 2 moving violations or incidents in the last three years and PSP warnings count towards a violation
• - No more than 3 minor incidents or accidents in the last three years at fault
• - No more than one highway accident in the last 12 months
• - No major preventable accidents in the last three years in which the total accident cost was greater than $25,000
• - Can not have failed a DOT Drug test in the last five years and must have one full year of safe driving under the SAP program
• - If terminated from job for accidents must have 12 months of safe driving experience
• - If terminated from job for safety that was not an accident must be 6 months of safe driving
• - All felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed by safety but may not have any felonious drug charges in the last 7 years
• - No more than two DUIs in a lifetime and none in the last five years
• - No more than 5 jobs in last 3 years
