Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a customer-focused driver with a Class A license to serve the Baltimore, MD area. You will collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare locations and deliver high-quality customer service daily.

Responsibilities include operating up to a 53 ft vehicle, loading/unloading, and ensuring DOT compliance. A $3,000 new hire bonus awaits after probation, with a full-time, 40–50 hour week schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A license with a clean driving record and a valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating straight trucks/tractor trailers up to 53 ft.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours and roadside inspections.

Responsibilities

• Delivering throughout MD/DC in a safe, professional manner.
• Operate straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53 ft.
• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships.
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes clearly.
• Load/unload and organize the truck per schedule.
