Job summary

Sysco Portland is seeking a professional Delivery Driver to safely transport goods to customers in the Portland area. You will operate a tractor-trailer, unload, document deliveries, and maintain food-safety standards while providing excellent service.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 1 year tractor-trailer experience. The role offers paid training, benefits, a 401(k) plan, and dedicated routes with regular bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License required.
• Ability to read and speak English; basic math skills for invoicing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload product to customers safely and efficiently.
• Complete all required paperwork, logs, and delivery documentation accurately.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and at delivery points.
• Develop positive relationships with customers through clear communication and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
