Job summary

Sysco Corp. Portland is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from the warehouse to customers, delivering accurately and safely with a tractor-trailer. This role supports dedicated routes with evening dispatch and potential for long hours.

You will receive paid training and enjoy benefits as you contribute to reliable customer service. Employees typically drive 3–4 routes weekly, with a market-average earning around $105,000 per year and potential to exceed $125,000 depending on routes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of a tractor trailer driving school acceptable in lieu of or in addition to diploma.
• Valid Class A CDL and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trailer by hand or using hand cart according to customer specs.
• Complete all required paperwork (logs, inspections, reports) accurately and timely.
• Maintain food safety standards and sanitary conditions in truck and warehouse.
• Build good relationships with customers through courteous service and clear communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
